I do not find your claims credible. No middle ground here. The universities allowed it, and thought it was ok to do so. It was not.

The hearings, the warnings?. They were allowing the violating of the rights of their students, but they refused to accept that... There was no middle ground. They were warned......It does. Fantastic claims require fantastic evidence to support them.
You apparently find this administration's claims credible. I do not.The hearings, the warnings?. They were allowing the violating of the rights of their students, but they refused to accept that... There was no middle ground. They were warned......
Ignoring this does FIGURE
Yes, assumed guilt appears to be the new normal.Ignoring the hearings. Figures. We seen what was done. we don't need claims...
Assumed guilt? Whose? These universities are complying, instead of going to court. So what can be assumed is why they don't defend their allowance of the intimidation and threats to their students?Yes, assumed guilt appears to be the new normal.
It is OK to protest Israeli policy. It is also OK to protest our policy on Israel. None of that is antisemitism. No middle ground here. The universities allowed it, and thought it was ok to do so. It was not.
I'm not going to litigate this with you in this forum. The administration presumes guilt, the courts presume innocence, the university has its own reasoning.Assumed guilt? Whose? The university is paying up......No need for litigation by their own means, their own choice...Geesh. And yes they do have their own reason for nobody to litigate this. Spin the wheels.....I'm not going to litigate this with you in this forum. The administration presumes guilt, the courts presume innocence, the university has its own reasoning.
Yes, hence the foolishness in presuming guilt based on payment. The university is paying up......No need for litigation by their own means, their own choice...Geesh. And yes they do have their own reason for nobody to litigate this. Spin the wheels.....
So is Columbia University guilty of anti-semitism?Wisdom is not to be found in acceding to the wishes of this administration. The law firms who capitulated and now face further demands can attest to the true cost.
I'm fairly certain antisemitism is something done by people, not institutions. If you are asking if the administrators did not do enough to stop antisemitism, I would say they could of done better. I would also say the way the Trump admin handled this was horrific, likely illegal, and the school should never of negotiated based on the way they were targeted. So is Columbia University guilty of anti-semitism?
Seems unlikely for a University with about 25% of their undergraduates being Jewish. So is Columbia University guilty of anti-semitism?
But the anti-Semitic did take over the library and even janitors settled lawsuits, right?Seems unlikely for a University with about 25% of their undergraduates being Jewish.

You have not looked it up? I’m disappointed in you, lolWhat "the anti-Semetic" and what library?
