The hearings, the warnings?. They were allowing the violating of the rights of their students, but they refused to accept that... There was no middle ground. They were warned......

Assumed guilt? Whose? These universities are complying, instead of going to court. So what can be assumed is why they don't defend their allowance of the intimidation and threats to their students?

I'm not going to litigate this with you in this forum. The administration presumes guilt, the courts presume innocence, the university has its own reasoning.

The university is paying up......No need for litigation by their own means, their own choice...Geesh. And yes they do have their own reason for nobody to litigate this. Spin the wheels.....

I'm fairly certain antisemitism is something done by people, not institutions. If you are asking if the administrators did not do enough to stop antisemitism, I would say they could of done better. I would also say the way the Trump admin handled this was horrific, likely illegal, and the school should never of negotiated based on the way they were targeted.
