Whatever you perceive, 59% of Americans disapprove of his immigration policy, and he has the lowest approval ratings at this early stage of his presidency than any other president in history had in his first 6 months as president.

So to return to my previous point, because of his documented record of almost continuous lies, some of his Hispanic voters either misunderstood what he said or believe that it was just some lie he was pedaling to get people who dislike immigrants to vote for him.
I 100% disagree with everything in this opinion.

The definition of "criminal" as it relates to undocumented immigrants is subject to interpretation. Some people in the United States believe that individuals who do not engage in activities such as theft, robbery, smuggling, or harming others are not criminals. Others, however, consider anyone who has violated immigration laws—by entering the country without authorization or overstaying their visas—to be criminal.

More so now than ever.

And then there are those who had a valid visa who suddenly, without notice or provocation, had their visas/TPS revoked. Ta da! Instacriminal.

I do not place significant trust in polls; instead, I believe it is necessary to wait until the mid-term elections to observe how some minority communities vote. However, I think this TSP revocation will impact the Florida election, though the extent remains to be determined.

Over 500,000 Cubans arrived in the US legally through TSP or other humanitarian programs during the Biden administration. Their status has since been revoked, affecting many Cuban-Americans, particularly in Miami.

For the past 60 years, Cuban Americans have had special immigration privileges compared to other South American migrants. Many believed their status was protected, especially by Republicans. However, this belief has recently been disproven.

Some are now critical and frustrated with the GOP, but it's unclear how many will actually vote for Democrats.

Absolutely incorrect:

The primary federal statute that criminalizes improper entry into the United States by non-citizens is 8 U.S. Code § 1325. Here's a direct quote from the statute:

"(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts
Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both."
This statute makes improper entry a criminal offense, typically classified as a misdemeanor for a first offense

You are correct.

That is the legal definition of criminal activity under the law when someone violates immigration law.

It was my mistake.

I should have said “In contemporary politics, the definition of "criminal" as it pertains to undocumented individuals differs from that held by many Americans.”
