First find a scripture verse with bunnies in it.
Gen 2:19 And out of the ground Jehovah God formed every beast of the field, and every bird of the heavens; and brought them unto the man to see what he would call them: and whatsoever the man called every living creature, that was the name thereof. = Bunny !

God didn't create sin. This was introduced into creation by humans, yet this too is theological.

... because of what Jesus did.
Humm ! My KJV in Gen 2&3, says that sin was introduced by Satan ... and NOW, we are dealing with having given Satan, authority here in the world. Which is the whole purpose of Jesus. To get us to be theologically prone to Truthfulness, rather than evil / sin / giving Satan authority.

In Genesis God said to Adam, because of you. The new testament writer blames it on Eve.

The snake simply didn't have the authority over creation, only those made in the image in likeness of God.

No point in giving glory where it isn't due.

Oh for sure, tis Truth. Except :) Don't we need to give Satan credit for being the cause for God's initiation of this whole "plan of salvation" ?

It's kinda like, "what came first, the chicken or the egg" ... From God's perspective, the chicken came first, ie Satan.

It seem to me, this whole earth, bunnies, et al was created, as a "test case", a lawsuit of sorts, with Satan's selfishness, sin being introduced into heaven, being the principle issue of offense. God created mankind as His proof case, evidence for His Love being the foundation of His Kingdom, His Character, His ruling authority & Law.

The Book of Job, is a typical example of this scenario, “God’s Plan of Salvation”. Satan, coming into the courts of heaven, claiming his authority on Earth, due to Adam & Eve transferring to him that authority, by their choice of allegiance.

And so it is today with us. We are prone, by our nature, to be giving Satan, our allegiance, by our sinfulness, as God tries to woo us, to Himself, by the Love of His Son. We are a legal exhibit to the universe, that bunnies truly exist.

I think it's a good practice to not give Satan credit for anything unless there's an exorcism.

I'm sorry, I don't understand your position. There are only two sides in this battle, for the souls of men, since the "The Fall". The spirit of Able (obedience), or spirit of Cain (disobedience), Spirit of Christ and His Righteousness, or that of Antichrist (unrighteousness, sin).

Surely, your not saying that, you don't attribute ALL the evilness in the world, to the persuasion of Satan and his evil angels, all around us, all the time. What about the biblical concept of spiritual warfare, especially as found in Ephesians 6:11–17, where Paul urges believers to “put on the whole armor of God.”

It seems to me that Bible is very clear, the foundational premise, for the "EverLasting Gospel", that every Christian is engaged in a real, continual battle between Christ and Satan, which began in heaven, as I explained, in previous message, and continues on Earth, NOW.

Satan’s rebellion against God led to his expulsion from heaven (Revelation 12:7-9), and now, on Earth, he seeks to draw humanity away from God, deceiving people into sin and rebellion. Satan's goal is to mar God's character and destroy His creation, while Christ’s mission is to redeem humanity and restore them to God

This conflict is not metaphorical, but an intense spiritual war demanding vigilance, preparation, and divine strength.
Don't ya think?

Flip a light switch and the darkness in the room vanishes.

The same principle applies when giving glory.

Very similar to when driving, where you look is where you go.

people who speak of God their path leads to God, people who talk about satan too much .. same thing.

one last comment;
people who believe the Son and obey the Father, are His children, ... people who don't engage in this "conflict between good and evil" are Satan's by default.

A new creation is much like the first creation of this world.

In the first stage of maturity, black and white, light and darkness is all that is visible.

If that's where you're at, then I leave it in God's capable hands.

BUT ! Jesus calls us to be a "New creation, IN HIM", and NOT a "creation of the world", to come OUT of the world, (sin), to be OF the world, and not IN it. 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 , James 4:4, Romans 12:2 , 1 John 2:15-16

If you are in the "first stage of maturity", and the "light & darkness", "is all that is visible" ... Then YOU NEED to be studying your Bible, and PRAYING to become familiar with the Light, knowing the difference, between the Light, Jesus, and the darkness, to be able to make an intelligent decision, THE CHOICE, as "to whom you will follow", the same choice Adam & Eve were given, is NOW presented to YOU.. Choose well, my friend.

..." as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD." Joshua 24:15 ~~~ Amen! ~~~

Great !! It's a simple, choice ... To follow Christ, by obedience, as Christ kept the Commandments , the Will of the Father, OR loving the world, and disobedience, as Satan would have us.

By FAITH, I believe in "bunnies", cuz Jesus said so... :)

ALSO ; obedience to God is not a means of earning righteousness, but it is the fruit and evidence of receiving Christ's Righteousness, to ALL who "believe" unto sanctification and salvation. John 3:16 Gal 2:20

That's interesting, "Bapticostal is a combination of Baptist and Pentecostal." from wikipedia. Never seen that word before, nor the concept...my beliefs are nowhere near, what wiki describes. I'm more aliened with the Advent Church Movement, being true protestants of the Roman Church system, knowing that it is antichrist, as all the original reformers understood prophecy and proclaimed. We have the same message to proclaim, being more pertinent to present day world's churches, in these last days of the Laodicean church age, Rev 3:14-22,

HERE & NOW, right before the emanate return of our LORD, Savior and KING

For Jesus says:
"... Fear God, and give him glory; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made the heaven and the earth and sea and fountains of waters.

Rev 14:8 ... Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, that hath made all the nations to drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Rev 14:9 ... If any man worshippeth the beast and his image, and receiveth a mark on his forehead, or upon his hand,

Rev 14:10 he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is prepared unmixed in the cup of his anger; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

Rev 14:11 and the smoke of their torment goeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day and night, they that worship the beast and his image, and whoso receiveth the mark of his name.

Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints, they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

I pray to resemble "the saints", ... Christ's body, His Church. Who do you resemble, Mr Bunny ? :)

Adventists and Baptists had a similar root so there's no real distinction there. After the prophetic fiascos of the Adventist movements in the 1800s, the torch was passed to Pentecostalism in the 1900s and then later to charismatics.

But still, graduated from that so I recognize the verbiage and frequency of scripture use, but it does not speak to my Spiritual growth in Christ at this time.

That being said, I wish you the best in Christ, in this world and the world to come.

Adventist had closer "roots" to Methodists, but people were coming out of the all the denominations, at that time. Due to the revelations of prophetic truths that were being realized. Yesh ! We refer to the" fiascos" as the "The Great Disappointment" . They we're off from the Aug 22nd 1844 by a year, because of figuring thru the BC to AD transition. Then they had the event, wrong, thinking that the Lord was coming back, at that time, " a great disappointment" :)
But when He didn't return, as they expected, they refigured the event, and understood that God said, " "Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary" .. being the plan of Salvation, OT & NT ... It moved from the physical, sanctuary of the OT, to the Spirtual Sanctuary, in Heaven, where Christ moved from the Holy Place to the Holy of Holies, where he is officiating the Atonement, since 1844, NOW, which is the " ... hour of His Judgement is come." of Rev 14:7

I asked the question, "I pray to resemble "the saints", ... Christ's body, His Church. Who do you resemble, Mr Bunny ? :) - seriously !! ... because, if you are not keeping all the 10 commnandments, including the 7th day Sabbath, then you don't have the " Faith OFJesus" of Rev. 14:12 in you, and you can't have Christ and His Righteousness, abiding IN YOU, Gal 2:20, no matter how much you "work" at it.

You say,"my Spiritual growth in Christ at this time." You've got it backwards. You don't grow in Christ, He grows in you, you being a "vessel of clay". ~~ His Spirit can not coincide with sin ... So ya can't be "disobedient" and expect Christ's Spirit to be indwelling.

It's been interesting talking with you ... I pray you allow Christ, into your heart, that you might be born again, a new creature. 2 Corinthians 5, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new" = The ol' man of sin is vanquished, and Christ and His Righteousness lives through us. Realize, please, that Christ wouldn't be keeping anything but The Father's Sabbath holy, " Be yea Holy, as the Father in Heaven is Holy." 1 Peter 1:15-17 ..

~~Blessings~~
PS .. Heads up ! Satan's premier sin and why he was thrown out of heaven was "Pride & presumption" Just sayin' :)

That reminds me, pentecostals and methodists have shared roots also.

So yeah, regardless of how you look at it, they're all interlinked and Adventist-ness is part of it.
