Heavenly Father,
We lift up South Korea to You right now. Lord, You see the damage and danger caused by the heavy rains. We ask in Jesus’ name that You would command the storm to cease and bring relief to the land. Let Your Holy Spirit move over the region, bringing peace, protection, and restoration. Be with those affected — comfort the grieving, shelter the vulnerable, and give strength to emergency workers. We trust in Your power and mercy.

More than just S. Korea. Pakistan at least 63 deaths, Vietnam had a boat capsize killing at least two dozen, Philippines has flood deaths, parts of China up next. It is not all the same named storm, but the various systems as a whole are doing quite a bit of damage.
