So much is happening to our children in today's world. Education areas teaching inappropriate, political, ideology. Drag queens invited to schools. Porn easily available on social media. I do not believe God is pleased with the innocent being treated so.

Examples? Based on the rest of your points I would think it is a caring open to everyone ideology.
I don't have a problem with that, an in the right environment it can be educational.
This has been the case since the 90's. The best defense is talking to your kids, getting involved in their online life and setting safety rules.
The innocent has always been in danger. We do disagree on what is the danger.

I'm sure a voice can be recognized. And I'm sure predators, that don't think, that they did any thing wrong will brag about it. This bill happenend for a reason.

It will be around no matter how much you crack down on it or make it illegal. It is better to teach children to report it, talk about it with parents, and learn how to navigate around it.
Denying it and banning it does not address the issue. It is up to parents to be involved in their child's online activities and give guidance when needed.
Porn will always be there. But how we teach our children how to handle it is what can lessen its effect on them.

The situation described, that you said you were not opposed to, involved confronting them just outside the confessional. That would require the confessor being involved.

Yes, but the actual sacrament is already finished. Therefore, it’s no longer part of confession. That tiny difference makes all the difference.

I will further add, I doubt predators will confess in the first place because they don’t think they’re doing anything wrong, but that’s just my viewpoint.

It's ok so long as they step outside after hearing the confession and confront them over what they just heard? What then is the issue with mandatory reporting? It would take place outside the confessional.
