We have just rid ourselves of the most authoritarian regime in U.S. history and are trying to recover from the disaster that was created. The COVID lock-downs of our children and Biden regime interference with church services, the attacks against moms speaking up at school boards, against conservative Catholics, have continued into this year by the same coalition with attacks on Jews. The Biden people (and this is my personal opinion, but I don't believe Joe was always running the country) colluded with social media, violating the law by using the executive branch to falsely discredit their political opponents. Their pseudo "ministry of truth" was even too much for some Democrats. They were forcing electric vehicles on the population and if they had another term I think they would have shut down the use of all kinds of fossil fuel machines, from gas stoves to lawn mowers. All the while the leaders seemed to exempt themselves from the mandates. As to the border, it was more than wealthy Democrats seeking cheap labor, they FLOODED the country, not vetting people properly at the borders, with a vision for future Democrat votes. In the process they lost track of hundreds of thousands of children and brought slavery (human trafficking) to the highest level since the Civil War. So too they emboldened and enriched the gangs, cartels, and terrorists. This might very well have turned into a one party country had they not been stopped.
Basic law and order is not authoritarian, the laws are to applied equally to all so that EVERYONE is free. No discrimination, no refusing emergency hurricane relief because a person has a Trump sign in their yard or any political sign, no separating people or denying access because of the color of a person's skin, no harassing people because they are Jewish or any other religion is what we are trying to establish. 10 million plus added refugees in four years is a disaster and today following the law is essential. People can self deport and LEGALLY apply to become a citizen, and as a nation I hope we can show compassion and take more people in, as long as they love America and have no intent to establish their own way of law. Remember it was the Biden administration that violated the border laws and deliberately created the disaster while lying to the American people telling them the border was safe, secure, and closed. No, dealing with this mess in a lawful manner is not authoritarian.
