Do you believe that consequently all promises to Israel from TNK/OT and NT now apply to all believers/church? And that the physical/ethnic Israel / descendants of Jacob have become irrelevant as the chosen people? Would you advocate for Jews to stop circumcising their boys? Just curious ..

All of God's promises have conditions. The main condition is that we must obey him. For all Jews living today, if they have not obeyed God by surrendering their lives to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Messiah, then no promises of God apply to them other than they are not God's people, and the Promised Land is not theirs, and hell is their eternal destiny, not heaven.
