Israel doesn't have enough interceptors to sustain a missile barrage from Iran. The US has been helping but at some point, it will depend on the US (or not), and the US has a limited capacity. In my opinion, the one who starts it also has to count the cost. If Israel can't continue to intercept missiles, then too bad for them. Maybe once they feel the pain of war, they will stop war.
The iron dome wasn’t designed to stop the missiles Iran is using. That‘s why they need help shooting them down. What no one is admitting is the historical precedent that others have acknowledged. No one has ever won a war by airpower and the navy alone. They’re not going to change the regime without boots on the ground and they know it. I’m keeping my eyes on China and Russia.
Iran is being assisted by both and more supplies arrived on Friday and they have quite the stockpile. Analysts were estimating they could last a year or two without stopping during the proxy skirmishes. We’re not operating facilities around the clock to do the same. But Russia is and I believe China does as well. They also have support from North Korea. Remember those tunnels we heard about two years ago? Where do you think they got it from? NK.
