I have a hard time understanding how someone dedicated to the Faith could do that. Sounds like one of those anticatholic horror stories back in the day.

Maybe they won’t find what they suspect but there is an explanation for that too. Just tragic. :praying:

I know what you mean, Michie. It almost sounds like too much to believe. Like a plot from one of those awful horror movies where the Catholic orders are portrayed as pure evil. :(

But, as a kindly old priest told me once when I was depressed over the sex abuse scandals back in the early 2000s, "We must always remember that the truth and holiness of our Catholic Faith is not dependent on the behavior of some of its adherents."

796 dead babies expected to be found. How many dead babies have actually been found? All those unmarked dead baby graves in Canada, well so far not a dead baby grave found. Sorry, but I'm skeptical on this one.
