What does Panagia mean in regards to the Virgin Mary?

I know Theotokos means “The Mother of God” or more literally God-bearer.

It can be understood as, "above the Saints", meaning that she is at the pinnacle of all the Saints.

Also I'll note that -tokos only means bearing in the sense of child bearing. Not to be confused with Christopher or Theophoros. I like how the Romanians around here typically translate the Romanian version back into English as "birth giver of God". The slavonic is equally explicit though we translate that back to the Greek calque...
