Saving the children from human trafficking and pedophile rings

This story from "Before It's News" contains a huge number of wild things all stirred together. So... kidnapped children held in underground tunnels... maybe, criminals do bad stuff sometimes. But then the story goes on. It's also Satanic child sacrifice and Jeffrey Epstein and the Illuminati and the CIA and the Deep State and UNICEF and NATO and the Vatican, all working together to kidnap tens of thousands of children. That's nearly all of the conspiracy theories I can think of. Plus a couple of extras -- UNICEF and NATO are new. This story raises so many red flags that I'm running out of flags.
