Kilmer Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man whose deportation to El Salvador made him a flashpoint in President Donald Trump's immigration policy, faces human trafficking charges after he was returned to the United States, Attorney General Pam Bondi said.
Abrego Garcia made more than 100 trips to move illegal immigrants across the United States, Bondi said at a June 6 press conference, alleging he was a member of the MS-13 street gang. "Thousands of illegal aliens were smuggled," she said.
Abrego Garcia "traded the innocence of minor children for profit," Bondi said.

The "dad" the Democrats wanted brought back to the United States.

It sure is great that he is going to have due process and face his crimes here in America. Should have done this in the first place. Judges trump Trump on this case of justice in America.

Due process. This is the one and only reason all those shipped off to El Salvador need to come back. I do hope we haven't thrown this basic human right out of the constitution.

Zillions of US dollars need to be spent on dragging millions of illegal aliens though a lengthy arduous routine before sending them home, instead of just sending them home.
Democrats only care about due process, human rights and the constitution when it suits them. They sure did not care about it for the J6 prisoners.

I'm sure the charges are trumped up. It was their way of saving face when they brought him back.
"It is alleged this defendant is part of the same smuggling ring responsible for the death of more than 50 migrants in 2021 after the tractor-trailer overturned in Mexico. . . The defendant abused undocumented alien females, according to co-conspirators who were under his control while transporting them throughout our country. This defendant trafficked firearms and narcotics throughout our country on multiple occasions. They were using vehicles, SUVs . . ., guns, narcotics, children, women, MS-13 members. That is what the grand jury found. . .A co-conspirator alleged that the defendant solicited nude photographs and videos of a minor. A co-conspirator also alleges the defendant played a role in the murder of a rival gang member’s mother."

Why do you think the grand jury would have "trumped up" charges?

That's Trump's fault. He shot down the bill that would have stream lined the process. Now, due process is needed to ensure they have the right people.

That was the extremely damaging bill that would have brought more in, not less. It was dead on a arrival, an attempt by senators to hold up the House bill for so long without a vote. Illegals don't get the due process that American citizens do. If Democrats slow up the process there will be more victims. I hope there is a civil suit against the Democratic Party.

That is false.
Citizens and noncitizens both get the same due process. The difference depends on what the people are charged with.
If Democrats slow up the process there will be more victims.
Why would Democrats slow up the process. Trump has screwed up the process and will cost millions of dollars more because of it.
I hope there is a civil suit against the Democratic Party.
The suit will probably be against Trump because he failed to give due process. He violated the rights of thousands of people.
