There really is no genocide on white farmers in SA. Media is biased. Most South Africans know its all a nonsense. (not the killing of people but the way this has been blown up and caused chaos). Certain groups are unhappy about the signing of the expropriation bill. Yes certain groups have misinterpreted its intent. The Bill is meant to effectively and legally ensure justice.
This skyrocketed when SA denied Starlink as it refused to abide by the BEE legal requirements. Black Economic Empowerment is a vehicle created after apartheid for some of the wealth to be distributed.
Why did the wealth have to be distributed? Because racism is not just about colour. Its a wickedness and an evil. Where one group of believe they are superior because of their colour. It's not a biblical concept it's a man made agenda to elevate oneself above others. It's about power. And how do you keep it, by creating systems and structures to maintain it.
Racism is prejudice plus, desire, narratives, structures and fruit. (credit to Isiphambano - center for biblical justice... Isiphambano means THE CROSS)
Where desire is the lust for power, control and wealth at the expense of others.
Narratives are created to give legitimacy to this desires. The stories of supremacy, racial differences, meritocracy, along with theological stories to justify it. (God endorses racism, Black people are descendent of Cain etc...).
Laws are created to justify it (Apartheid was a legal system)
What was the fruit of the apartheid system... for certain groups of people, inferior schooling, inferior jobs, disrupted families, inferior housing, knock on effects are lack of self worth, inferior complexes... It's an evil intended to keep people uninformed so power is maintained and controlled.
Why are there still talks and fights about racism?. Because there are people still eating the fruit.
