Nothing wrong with deporting them as long as they follow due process.

I am all for deportation as long as the defendant has fair treatment. (Important because the government can make some serious mistakes) What I do not get though is if these criminals committed crimes in America or they are fugitives from crime they committed in their own country? I worry those that commit crimes in the USA are not paying their penalties, other than a deportation.
