Triviality. The Biden administration read Facebook? Wow! The Trump administration is monitoring comedians who make fun of Trump, and questioning them as they cross the border. Not to mention deporting children with cancer, and wrecking the economy.

My money is on RFK Jnr, he's one of the most prominent (and infamous) spreaders of medical misinformation out there.

He was part of the 'Disinformation Dozen' identified by the Center for Countering Digital Hate. Kennedy, and the group he led (leads?), promoted a wide range of misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines, in addition to all the usual bovine fecal matter they'd been shoving in the prior 15 years.

I like Secretary Rubio's response about that Dossier. Essentially, he said that the US government and the State Department should not have had a disinformation Dossier on any public officials. Rubio said that "we had an office in the State Department whose job was to censor Americans."

Is this censoring something that liberals will defend as being the right thing to do? I sincerely and respectfully hope not.

"Vice President JD Vance interjected, asking, "Was it me or Elon [Musk]? We can follow up when the media is gone," and drawing laughter from the Cabinet. "

So many candidates...

This biggest problem with trying to ID these disinfo operators is remembering how many there are and what minor characters are in the admin. Then there are the "new media" people in the "press corps" like Tim Pool and Jack Posobiec ...

Keeping a dossier on people isn't censoring them. It might be unsettling or questionable from a civil liberties perspective, but there are legitimate reasons to do so.

Identifying someone, publically or privately, as a source of misinformation is also not censorship. Telling media companies that such a person is identified as a source of misinformation is also not censorship.

Publishing statements that counter misinformation also isn't censorship (it's actually the opposite)

I think that Marco Rubio needs to put up evidence of actual censorship.

Why shouldn't administrations track false information that is published about them?
Rubio said that "we had an office in the State Department whose job was to censor Americans."
He's lying. No American was censored by Biden.

Biden never censored anyone. Trump is censoring many.
