I’m sure glad we have an administration that labels random vandals destroying cars as and advocates for human rights as terrorists while mass shootings have become so commonplace a person can film themselves just casually walk past a victim bleeding out on the ground.

One FSU student who saw the shooter described him as a “normal college dude" who was wearing an orange T-shirt and khaki shorts. "I was walking and this guy pulls up in an orange Hummer," the student said. "And he gets out with a rifle and shoots in my direction."

There has been absolutely NOTHING AT ALL revealed by the Sheriff or local law enforcement about what the motives could have been for Phoenix Ikner. This young man killed at least 2 college students and injured at least 6 victims. I simply don't understand for the need or the desire of the apparent snarkiness and other glib comments in some of the previous posts in this thread.

Whether he is liberal or not, as I've said in these forums the hatred and violent rhetoric toward Trump and his followers, and the justification of the murder of the CEO, the vast majority of which comes from the left, needs to stop. They need to tone down the violent rhetoric or else this kind of violence (whether it instigated the actions of this individual or not) will continue.

What difference does a motive make to a problem we simply aren’t going to address?

It’s a natural reaction to the normalization of mass shooters in this country. Deal with the problem and you might see a change in people’s attitudes towards it. Until then, this must be America made great, since we obviously feel no need to tackle this issue directly.
