It seems like this Judge doesn't understand their jurisdiction and that their orders do not stretch across international boundaries.
Her orders are for the Trump administration.

It seems you’ve been confused about this case all along.

Her orders have no authority because it depends on the decisions of another sovereign nation. I don't know how to break this down further without insulting your intelligence. Why not order the President of El Salvador to return Garcia?

Are you sure it’s my intelligence you’re insulting here?

I’ll try one more time. After that you’re going on ignore because I am done with this thread for today.

Her orders are for the Trump administration.

That means it is now the Trump administration that has to take measures to correct their mistake. They (the court ordered Trump administration) have to find a way to get the Salvadoran government to send him back. That’s the order from the judge to the president of the United States. All of this is still within US jurisdiction.

So now, what, if anything, have the now court ordered Trump administration or any official within, done to correct their mistake? What steps have they taken to facilitate his return to US custody?

They placed him there. They can bring him back. They don’t want to. Why?

Let me draw this out in crayon. THE BALL IS NOT IN TRUMP'S COURT. El Salvador holds all the cards regarding Garcia. No judge can change that...period. Good night.

Mr “you don’t have the cards” suddenly has no cards against mighty El Salvador.

A good night, indeed. Lol.

Yes. Trump doesn't have the cards, and neither does the supreme court. Is that a problem for you?

No, the only one whose intelligence you're insulting with this song and dance you're trying to pull off is your own.

If you were president for a day, what would you do to get Garcia back?

From Tuesday's hearing:

A federal judge ordered an “intense” two-week inquiry into the Trump administration’s refusal to seek the return of a man who was wrongly deported from Maryland to a notorious prison in El Salvador.

“To date, what the record shows is that nothing has been done. Nothing,” U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis said at a court hearing Tuesday.

...
In a written order granting “expedited discovery,” Xinis said four senior officials from the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State will have to sit for depositions by April 23 — essentially out-of-court interviews in which the officials will have to answer questions under oath from Abrego Garcia’s lawyers. Those officials include Joseph Mazzara, the acting general counsel at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Michael Kozak, the senior official in the State Department’s Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs.

Trump and Pam said they would facilitate if El Salvador is willing to release Garcia back to the United States. Not surprisingly, El Salvador is not willing to release Garcia anytime soon.

Yes, I know what they said.

The judge is dismissing the comments made in the Oval Office....

Justice Department attorney Drew Ensign argued that a joint appearance in the Oval Office Monday by President Donald Trump and President Nayib Bukele of El Slavador demonstrated that the issue had been raised with “the highest authority” in that country and there was no hope of getting Abrego Garcia back.

But [Judge] Xinis noted that Bukele’s comments came in response to a question from a journalist, not a U.S. official. She also scoffed at Bukele’s dismissive comment that he could not “smuggle” Abrego Garcia back into the U.S. The judge called Bukele’s answer “non-responsive” as a legal matter.

Sounds like the judge is just sore about the fact that her authority doesn't stretch across the globe.

it's his lawyers job LEGALLY to defend his client, he could get in trouble for not doing his best.
This was the DOJ lawyer [not Garcia's lawyer] who was trying to argue the government's position, and finding it difficult to do since he was getting the runaround from his client (i.e. the Trump Administration).

The 'free speech' warriors and constitutional conservatives seem eerily quiet about these cases.

A man was arrested - without probable cause. In violation of the Fourth Amendment. He was then imprisoned - without trial. In violation of the US Constitution's Suspension Clause. He was the deported - without due process. In violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. The deportation happened in direct contravention of express judicial orders.

Other people have been arrested for writing opeds and organising protests criticising Israeli domestic and foreign policy. Again, they have been arrested without probably cause, detained without trial in response to activities that are protected under the First Amendment.
