Well, for a start there is all the documents he claimed to have have returned to the government but instead was storing in Mar-a-lago
Indictments often have a narrative to explain the course of events, but the narrative is backed up by eyewitness testimony, recordings, phone and text records and security footage.. Those are all different forms of evidence.

If you bothered to read the indictment, there are snippets of them in there. If we had ever gone to trial we would have seen even more of it.
Did Biden deny having documents and then refuse to turn them over when issued a subpoena? Different issue, but once again intent matters here. She didn't seem to be aware that there were classified emails in her server, so any mishandling was unintentional. It's noteworthy that the Trump DoJ had an opportunity to bring charges but decided not to. Once again, if Trump had simply accidentally packed them up and brought them with him, there probably wouldn't have been an issue. But he knew what he had, refused to voluntarily return them when requested, and then lied about returning them when he received a subpoena, and apparently tried to hide them after. That showed intent and that's a very different situation.
