While the violent criminals and terrorists will continue to be captured and deported, Trump will have a more difficult time rescuing the trafficked women and children. It will take top-notch investigators, and without cooperation from Democrats in blue states it will take even longer. As to getting rid of the two-tiered system of justice Trump has a fantastic start.

The persecution of those who disagree with the Democrat leadership is being stopped, and the two-tiered justice system is being dismantled. Radical activist judges are the biggest problem.

Beyond the "minor" issue of Congress not having declared war (as is required by the Constitution), are we only deporting people to "terrorist organizations"? I'm not aware of terrorist organizations having "citizens," much less issuing passports, etc.

Again, Trump said he would deport people to "enemy nations" and not to terrorist organizations. So, again, what countries are we at war with, particularly ones where a formal declaration of war was passed by Congress?

I see no declaration of war. It would not appear in the Federal Register, but in the Congressional Record.

They didn't have the terrorist groups we have today back in 1798. So it will be interesting to see what the courts have to say.

Guess it is time to amend the law then. That is still the process, yes? If we need to cover new circumstances we create a law to spell out the limits of how we deal with it?
