Trump made his admiration clear when he was president, during Biden's administration, and again now.

Trump has done all that is within his power to favor Russian interests over those countries who past presidents chose as friends of the US (and signed with).

Recall that Roosevelt did all he could to get us into WWII with the strong support of most of the country. He was almost on his own is supporting Churchill. Only the Japan attack got us into the war.

Trump trust his friend Putin. EIGHT percent of US citizens trust Putin. That's just the way it is. Trump does not favor our former allies, certainly not Canada and the EU.
