Yes. Trump's real issue is he thinks all US trade with other countries should be deficit neutral even-Steven. Never mind the US consumes more than any other country. In fact the US consumes more than the follow on six countries behind them combined. To him if the US buys $100 of product, but the participating country only buys $50 from the US, then the US is subsidizing (<--yes, the word he uses) the US is subsidizing that country in the difference amount. It is unbelievable how child like he thinks.
