CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Looks like calling court rulings "judicial activism" is back in vogue. I missed that buzzword back when a judge could dismiss a case based on the opinion of a single SCOTUS justice and the SCOTUS ruled the President has absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts.

Yes. Fox News is still controlled by the same puppeteers. Unfortunately, any other news source outside of the traditional media is immediately rejected. Like the one I presented that exposed all this mess.

You're not wrong there, my friend. Trump does tend to dominate the news cycle, and too many democrats are focused on responding to him and complaining about him. I also wish that Congressional democrats would focus instead on trying to enact legislation to help working Americans and do what they were elected to do: govern. There's been far too little of that lately, from either party.
But that doesn't garner attention in the saturated media market, so even if it did happen, we probably wouldn't hear about it anyway.
