Just hours ahead of Thursday's original deadline for employees to accept the offer, Judge O'Toole -- who was nominated to the bench by President Bill Clinton -- temporarily blocked the offer until Monday so he could consider issuing a temporary restraining offer pausing the order.
"I enjoined the defendants from taking any action to implement the so-called 'Fork Directive' pending the completion of briefing and oral argument on the issues," Judge O'Toole said in his ruling. "I believe that's as far as I want to go today."

A federal judge says he will continue to pause the Trump administration's federal employee buyout offer until he issues a ruling on a preliminary injunction.

Federal judges have to be realizing that they can be held accountable and impeachment is a real possibility when they go far outside of the Constitution.

Other environmental damage was done when Joe curtailed U.S. carbon fuels resulting in more use in the world of dirty oil from the Soviet Union and Iran. Trump wants no taxes on tips or Social Security and the Trump tax cuts made permanent. He wants the waste and fraud to stop. Trump wants money being used for hard left causes like a trans opera to instead go to the American people. Democrats continue their tactics of name-calling and sabotaging Trump's efforts for the American people.
