Some of the FUNCTIONS are less critical now that we have the WORD recorded in a compiled “Bible” to reference the Apostolic testimony and Prophetic visions, and some of the functions are as vital to the health and well being of the Church as they ever were. It is still the same Holy Spirit that distributes the gifts as He wills for the service of the Body of Christ.

And we see from Eph 4:11 that the APOSTLES SHIP are still in EXISTENCE and there Job is to equip the saints

And 1 Tm 1:4 says , Nor to give attention to Fables and Endless Genealogies , which Cause , Questioning , rather

than God's DISPENSATION the one by FAITH and that if do not follow Paul's teaching yu are NOT in the FAITH !!

And as 1 Cor 6:2 and 3 , we will Govern the UNIVERSE and GOVERN , ANGELS or will you be a STAR DUSTER ??
