  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I want to do the works of God, and live a long life for the Lord

Please pray for me, I don't know what my calling is but the more I read the Bible and pray the more I want to serve God.

I think a good place to start is a soup kitchen, I will serve hot meals to the homeless. Jesus doesn't want us looking down at the needy, I believe he wants us to help and shelter them do not reject them. I pray God gives me the opportunity to serve him, and that I use my life to help the Kingdom of God until I pass away. I want God to be very pleased with me how I lived my life, I don't want to be useless to God with no fruit.

I am on fire for the Lord, and this is true happiness to me. Thank you for your prayers.

I will pray for you, and that your interest in the well being of others is recognized by others as from the Lord.
Christ in you, so to speak.

Have you ever watched Paul Washer? He’s a missionary and he does have sermons on YouTube. You might like him and his videos might even help you, depending on your calling. Another thing that you can do is hand out gospel tracts if you aren’t already. The advice of Voddie Baucham for people looking for their calling was read your Bible. I hope this helps.
