Anita Bryant died last month and many in the lgbt crowd are celebrating her death, saying “good riddance,” “ding dong, the witch is dead,” “may she burn in hell” etc. they are laughing about it

It was just announced today

I’m not saying what she did was right, but it’s soooo hypocritical for the lgbt crowd to scream “love is love” then rejoice over someone’s death and spread hatred.

She was often a bit over the top, and didn't come off as compassionate.

But, I did agree with her views, even though I cannot debate them.

Before we go our separate ways, let us take leave of our Sister, Anita. May our farewell to her strengthen our hope and ease our sadness. One day, we shall joyfully greet her again, when the love of Christ, which conquers all things, destroys even death itself.

Into your hands, father of mercies, we commend our sister Anita. In the sure and certain hope, that all who have died with Christ, she shall rise with him on the last day.

Merciful Lord, turn towards us and listen to our prayer. Open the gates of paradise to your servant, and help us who remain to comfort one another with assurance of faith, until we meet with Christ and are with you and our sister forever.

We ask this through Christ, our Lord, Amen.

I’m kind of shocked. For some reason I thought she died years ago. :scratch:
