Yes, I did, it was a lot of Russia Russia Russia, people like Russia more because Trump said something nice once. Then some Russia Russia Russia, there's sympathizers in the military.
A bit like McCarthyism really but coming from actual Russian sympathizers (in action), it really is nonsensical.
A bit like your comment here, then. Whenever you start going on about "Russia, Russia, Russia" stuff, it gets really hard to follow your point.
As a thousand warners warned it would be.
In retrospect, they were correct. But, unlike Obama, I don't have a time machine, so there's nothing I can do to change the past. However, I can advocate against people making the same mistakes this time around.
What is your point then - if not to insinuate via propaganda put out by this administration that she and others in the military are Russian sympathizers and that we are somehow bombarded by Russian propaganda.
I wouldn't say that someone sympathizing with Russia (or any other foreign country) is "unamerican". Freedom of speech is, after all, a fundamental American right. However, it's concerning if the person in charge of all of our intelligence agencies is repeating another country's propaganda - especially if that country is one of our primary geopolitical adversaries who has been directing significant resources towards steering public opinion in the US.
While I pray those reports are true, as far as the designated global terrorist group HTS, this was them just a few days ago.
Jup, just what Syria needs. Out with the dictator and bombed right into the stone age by Israel. Bet that will help the HTS rethink their tolerant stance. You consider the announcement they made threatening to be coming to conquer Jerusalem next to be moderate and tolerant? What's extreme...

It's not clear who the people in that video are, and regardless, declaring a march on Jerusalem is not "cancelling Christmas".
He has also publicly stated that he would govern according to Sharia law so forgive me when I am inclined to believe the reporting that says they are indeed imposing the rules of Sharia law on at least some of the people living in Syria.
Syria under Assad also had Sharia courts for religious and personal disputes. Again, this is something to keep an eye on.
In conclusion - I would prefer not supporting designated global terrorists taking over countries myself.
And I very much don't appreciate my government funding terrorists in my name. This is our shame because they do it in our name, and people think we are evil.
You'd rather we prop up a regime that was killing hundreds of thousands of its own citizens and dumping them in mass graves? HTS wouldn't have been my first choice to take over from Assad, but Assad had to go.
