Gender-confused Montana state Rep. Zachary Raasch, a man who claims he is a woman, has refused to follow a ban on men entering women’s bathrooms, saying men who identify as women are female.

In a November 20 post on X (formerly Twitter), Raasch, a Democrat lawmaker who uses the name Zooey Zephyr, condemned Congress’ ban on men using women’s facilities and revealed that he will not follow the mandate.

“I literally just got out of meetings with members of Congress & used the bathroom on my way out,” he announced.

“Trans women are women—full stop. We’re every bit as “biologically female” as cis women & @SpeakerJohnson’s statement doesn’t change the fact that women’s spaces include trans women,” Raasch continued.

My definition - Woman - adult human female. Female - living entity with the potential ability to create large gamete (usually called ovum) and in mammals with the potential of gestating and lactating fertilized ovum.

Every bit a women as a biological women. Does he realize the incoherency of these words. Thats right Leftist ideologues use words to create reality. So the objective reality is in the words and not the physical reality that is embodied.

A cat is not a cat but can be a dog if you choose to recreate its identity in your make believe subjective fantasies. Someone applied this logic to someone who identified as a cat. What is a cat. Ah um well, humm.

This is a new movement that is popping up where people are identifying as all sorts of things like furries, different races, different age groups, objects ect. The 50 year old bloke who identified as a 12 year old. Very strange indeed.

Or the new fad going around called Ponying where adults, thats right adults enter whats called as the 'Pony space' where they literally become ponies. Though I suspect theres some sexual eroticism going on with all this.

Its also why we hear things like women can have a male apendage and that as a just society heterosexual men should be willing to have relationships and sex with transwomen. Or how men can have periods and breast feed.

But only around 20 years ago the consensus was sex was a biological reality and gender was a social construct. Now sex is a social construct and gender is the objective reality. Even though the science also supported the fact that gender was also based in biological reality and was refined by culture.

The so called science that some trans ideologues refer to to support their claims about gender and sex being a spectrum and not fixed by nature is that some trans people have opposite sex hormones and sexed brains.

This has been verified by studies and tests.

The problem is they are taking what is a minority and making it the norm. Under the heading of trans and gender incongruent come various reasons why people identify as opposite sex and incongruent with their gender and biological sex. This can be anything from psychological issues, past trauma, Autism to Autogynephilia a sexual fetish about dressing as a women. Or intersex which has nothing to do with Trans.

But even the biological basis for people having opposite sex hormones and brain sex hormones is not a basis for there being an additional 3rd sex or multiple genders as normal human development and therefore we should accept this is not based in reality of facts.

Just like any other issue like an imbalance in brain chemicals that cause anxiety, depression, diabetes or other problems or a physical abnormality that causes development to not progress along normal trajectories its not a normal healthy human state but an abnormality.

But Trans activists will not have any of this. Just the mere mention of this is reagrded as descrimination and even conversion therapy. Medical experts were not allowed to go there and investigate the underlying problems that were the real problems.

Yet we don't descriminate against others with abnormalities when they are acknowledged. In fact acknowledging the truth makes us more empathetic as we see the reality and understand the difficulty for some that they need extra care and support.

Acknowledging the truth doesn't mean that trans people have no rights even if they still choose to be trans. I think it actually increases peoples support and accommodations because they understand better what is going on. Just like we do for all other difficulties and in fact this is encoded in laws already.
