  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Jonathan Cahn posted this video message today on Facebook.
In it, he shares his prophetic understanding of the Trump presidential win.

It is so power-packed that I won't attempt to summarize it ... except to say that Cahn believes we must continue now to pray for America. We need to "seize the moment". It is not the time to stop praying, but to continue to pray ... and to pray for revival.

In his own words ...

Trump's Win & What It Means | Jonathan Cahn Prophetic

Jonathan Cahn speaks about the greatest comeback in the American political history - Donald Trump wins presidential election and what it all means. What is this prophetic moment and what will we need to do in the days to come?

If we assert that God protected Trump in Butler why not Corey Comperatore? I live 11 miles from the Butler Farm Show grounds. I've crossed paths with Corey. I'm reasonably sure I've talked with him as he was fundraising for his volunteer fire company. I'm not saying that God's hand was not on this election, I just don't understand this.

You don't understand how much something like that impacts a region until you've lived it.

I think I do understand.

I lived in OKC during the OKC bombing.
I was a federal employee. By the Grace of God, our office was not located in that building.
But I worked about a mile from the site.
We heard and felt the ground shake, when the explosion went off.
And we lived in the aftermath of that horrible event, for many months to follow.
I will say, God used that event to bring the OKC community together in a powerful way.
In the days following the bombing, one could just sense the powerful movement of God in the skies.
He moved powerfully, on the part of His children in OKC, and for a city that was mourning.

So I get it ...
And it seems there are many fine people living in your area.

Why Corey and not Trump? A good question for God, but I do trust Him ...

Oh yes, God is trustworthy. I do struggle with trusting in the day to day things, but that is a deep-seated issue that He is working on in me. Sometimes grace is removing a sin instantly, by His own power, and sometimes grace is walking with us in overcoming a lingering sin.

So you know even more how these things ripple out.

My one daughter's final cheer practice before their national competition had to be moved and rescheduled because the gym they use was inaccessible during the investigation. My step-daughter was there and counting bullets going over her head. I can't even imagine that.

Thanking God, that your step-daughter was not harmed ...

Thank you. I appreciate the kind thought.

On a completely less serious note, your username got me thinking that I haven't seen or heard any mourning doves this summer. I saw my first owl in years, though, and scared an eagle. I was close enough to the eagle to hear how much air the wings moved.

Eagles are awesome ...

Come to think of it, I heard no mourning doves this year. I do usually hear them in my neighborhood.

This will probaby sound conspiratorial (lol), but I believe many of the changes we continue to see in nature are due to chemicals in the environment, things like chemtrails, etc. It only makes sense to me that those things would affect our wildlife population.
