  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's simple: The Democratic Party is setting Black men up to take the fall in case Vice President Harris fails to defeat former President Trump in November. It's that simple.

If only they could run on the issues.

Wait what? I know a black man at my workplace who is a political moderate, and he is fed up with the two party system, so if the Democrats have to blame someone, they should blame the party itself, not the black voters. That comment from Obama is a little racist, if you ask me.

Another reason why we need the American Solidarity Party on my state's ballot in 2028, and it is sad how that party was not on my ballot this year.

The two major parties make it difficult for a third party. We were so close to getting initiative and referendum in our state, and when it looked like the support was there the League of Women Voters moved against it. Never again was it on the ballot. Congress needs to apply the laws to themselves. Right now the executive branch has the vast majority of power. Witnesses purger themselves and Congress does not hold them accountable. Chuck Schumer said the intelligence agencies "have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you." That needs to change, and it won't change until some of the worst criminals are prosecuted and jailed.

What would be a proposed solution to this be? Did the League of Women Voters decide to shut down ranked choice voting in your state? RCV is the most likely way to get 3rd parties more popularity.

80% of black men are behind Harris. Obama felt there might be reluctance to vote for a woman in the other 20%.
Obama, a black man who was hounded for years in the birtherusm lie, has experienced the Republican candidate's racism first hand. Reminding them how he welcomed and supported Kyle Rittenhouse, how he took out an ad after the Central Park Five's guilty verdict was overturned saying they should be executed, etc. Showed them her opponent is dangerous. All he did was talk truth.
