In that way she has exposed the path to victory for her opponent if he can focus on the path-to-the-win that she handed out.

Her answer to "why haven't any of your suggested solutions been tried out NOW while you ARE in office?" -- Sidetrack the discussion

Maybe she is trying to spell out the path-to-victory so all can see it.

The more power a government is given the more oppressive it becomes. I see nothing on the democratic side promoting smaller government (it is the opposite). At least on the republican side they attempt to address it ... but often can't get much of anything done because of them having such a slim majority in the house and democratic control in the senate. Our debt is tremendous ... not even sure if it can be "fixed" at this point???? It would take many years to do so.

So ... do we want to support individualism ideas or collectivism ideas?

Economic individualism, is the idea that individuals should be able to make their own economic decisions, rather than having those decisions made for them by the community, corporation, or state.

Pick your poison.

Yeah .... political bantering .... both sides often take things out of context so people should to do their due diligence best they can.

We will see in November.

Harris does state who she is and what she intends to do
1) Claims to be: Middle Class and understands their pain
2) Economic Agenda : Tax the rich and give tax credits to select groups. Impose unrealized capital gains tax which could and would expand to the middle class, just like income tax.

Trump does state who he is and what he intends to do
1) Claims to be: Brilliant, Accomplished, Handsome
2) Economic Agenda : No tax on tips, overtime or social security.

You know, the Dems have taken Trump out of context, distorted his positions and pounced on any slip of the tongue or controversial remark he has made.
The message is Don't Listen to Trump because Trump Is.....(insert any label from basket of deplorables)."
However the message about tips definitely leaked out through the filters. No tax on overtime is on the airwaves. No tax on social security, has been a senior issue for a very long time.
But don't listen to Trump! You might hear things the Dems don't want you to hear.
