No. At the last supper, Jesus addressed the disciples in Jn 13:

In some sense, yes. Mt 5:
The psalms still apply in that we should not participate in their evil acts.
Psalm 26:6 I hate those who pay regard to worthless idols, but I trust in the LORD.
Psalm 139:5 I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.
The psalmist bore hatred for some wicked people.21 Do I not hate those who hate You, O LORD, and detest those who rise against You?

The command to love one another applies to disciples only. We cannot demand unbelievers to love us.34 "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Jesus came to die for sinners. Now, we have direct access to God's forgiveness through Jesus.
