Christians who are outraged that the athlete is transgender, are believing
a false report.

Olympic spokesmen are stating that the theliet passes all the accepted
tests for being female.

Christians should be steering away from the popular conspiracy theories....

In the US, the sex of a baby is almost always determined by just looking at the infant. I suspect Algeria is the same. We have been assured that she was assigned female at birth.

Everyone who is adamant that the sex assigned at birth is the final word about a person should affirm that this athlete is a woman.

In the news stories posted here (at least the ones not behind a paywall) they did not sound certain about that DSD. Lots of ‘may be’ kinds of language. Is it just speculation? It isn’t obvious that the entire planet needs to know details of her biology…

Not necessarily. If she has an androgen insensitivity syndrome, higher than normal testosterone levels wouldn't have an inordinately anabolic effect
Agreed, although it sounds like we don’t know any details. And of course women born with the complete version of AIS have zero response to the testosterone in their bodies regardless of the level. The only thing their bodies can do with it is turn some into estrogen which their bodies do respond to.

What is the 23rd chromosome gender?

The 23rd pair of chromosomes are two special chromosomes, X and Y, that determine our sex. Females have a pair of X chromosomes (46, XX), whereas males have one X and one Y chromosomes (46, XY).
Wouldn't this be "normally" females have a pair of X chromosomes? We do know that fully functional females exist with the X and Y chromosomes.
