I am not sure. I do think that if a rapture does occur, these Christians will still go to Heaven, but will be in for a surprise.
Though, no one knows if the rapture will happen in the beginning or middle of the Great Tribulation.For the UK, I do think that things will slowly get better, but it will eventually get worse.

Praying now! Lord God I lift up this situation between Israel and Iran to You and I pray for Your intervention in this situation and that there would be peace and not war, I pray for a hedge of protection around Israel and that Israel would not be harmed in any way by Iran, I pray that none of the Iranian missiles would get through! I pray for wisdom the leadership of Israel and that You would show them what to do. I also pray for the salvation of all of the people of Israel and also for conviction on all of the leadership of Iran and that they would stop what they are doing! I also pray for the salvation of all of the Iranian people and the leadership of Iran! I pray for Iran's deliverance from islam! I claim the nation of Israel for the kingdom of God now in the name of Jesus and I also claim the nation of Iran for the kingdom of God in the name of Jesus!
