Sentencing for Trump's 34 felony convictions, cannot be delayed.
It will probably happen in September of this year.
This Supreme Court decision agrees with their guidelines that they
gave, describing when a president has immunity from prosecution.
A sitting president does not have global immunity from prosecution.
He is only protected when carrying out Constitutional responsibilities.
Judges and courts (juries) may decide when an act of a former president,
was NOT committed as a Consitutional responsibility, and so is open to
prosecution.
This is the commonsense interpretation of the Consitution, that the
President is NOT above the law.
