All we have here is a clip where she explains some of the powers she has as a prosecutor, and it's clear she had more to say when it got cut off. We don't know what question or comment she was responding to, or what else she was saying. Notably, there is nothing in the clip that we saw that indicates she had any intention of using that power in those specific ways.

Do you know what she says immediately after your clip ends? She says, "and you want to make sure the people who have this kind of power are taking seriously the responsibility". She's not bragging. She's admonishing people with power to be careful. That's a good thing.
What is evil is not her warning. What is evil is the dishonesty that's pushing this stuff. John Ziegler and the people at Not The Bee aren't ignorant about media production - they know what they're doing. They didn't just accidentally cut this right at the moment that would undermine their entire point. They didn't get handed this video and not see what's obvious to anybody with an ounce of media literacy. No, they're just lying to you.
