Alright, to do a public service for everyone, here is some info about Wesley Bell. He seems like a good candidate, however, he had racked up $800 in parking tickets. Hey, nobody is perfect, but Mr. Bell seems a far cry better than many other politicians, though I can not speak for Missouri, as I am in Wisconsin.
