You didn't listen to any of the oral arguments or read the transcript or, I'm guessing, any of the actual order conveniently linked to twice in this thread. I did not read the entire 119 pages, but I read most of the order and some of the dissentions as well.

"Deranged rantings"? That is a mischaracterization, at best.

You were given the page number, i.e. 29, for where her comments concerning Navy Seal Team so that you could jump right there. You don't have to read the entire thing but it is there if you want to know what it actually says. The original sources have been provided for you, but horse/water.

What's you point? It is a large law firm with nearly 200 lawyers and more than a dozen offices. Chutkan was a partner, Hunter Biden was counsel but not at the same time. That firm has had far more noxious clients than Burisma (Harvey Weinstein in his sexual assalt cases, Theranos)

Is it? It is really less than 50 years ago, when genetic tests for sex became commonly available, that anyone would have questioned if the person in the Olympics was female. The definition for most of history is if your birth certificate (or birthing person, such as doctor, midwife, etc.) claimed you were a particular sex, that is what sex you were.
