Virginia man charged with threatening Vice President Harris

Frank Carillo was charged on Friday in federal court in Virginian with threatening the vice president after posting a series of messages targeting Harris on the social media site GETTR, according to court records.

“Kamala Harris needs to be put on fire alive I will do it personally if no one else does," read one post cited in court documents. Another said Harris is "going to regret ever trying to become president."

Locked up, and no bail out allowed. Sadly, so many people can pay to get out of jail and then commit more crimes later.

Well, maybe no bail. Maybe a sentence for long enough that Kamala Harris is retired. That could be a long or a short sentence depending. I don't care. He should have no opportunity to make good on his threats.

This guy violated 18 U.S.C. § 871 (Threatening a president or VP). Hopefully, he can get at least a year or two in jail.

Yeah, at least until 2025, but maybe until 2029.

That should be at least two counts of threats, if not more. America has become too soft on criminals sometimes. This Carillo guy needs a long sentence.

During his initial contact with law enforcement, CARILLO asked why this washappening, and Special Agent Nicholas Olson, FBI, indicated it was related to something postedonline. A short time later, CARILLO, seemingly talking to himself, stated, “…for a comment.This is ridiculous, for a comment. I guess I’m gonna need a lawyer.”

Yep. This twisted individual Carillo even said this. I can not even post the screen capture of the affidavit without censoring it.
