Nice, European cars are good as well such as Skoda, VW, Audi and Fiat (except BMW and modern Mercedes, those cars are a little overcomplicated).

As a centrist, I am fed up with both sides, and greedy billionaires. Both Trump and Musk spew toxic rhetoric. We need more moderate politicians, and less billionaires. I am glad that EVs are becoming more popular, but Musk's EVs have build quality issues. It is better to buy Western European or Japanese.

Well, couple of things...

As far as convicted felon Trump supporting EVs, "The Left" knows he's full of it. He might give Musk and his companies some kickbacks, but he goes with the wind created by fluttering dollar bills and hot air. Like another poster said, Big Oil can just make him a better offer and he'll kick EVs to the curb again.

Also, the thing at issue here is the flip-flopping because he's getting donations and adoration from someone. It's the influence. Write a big enough check and say some nice words about Mr Trump and he'll throw some political favors your way. Even if he's spoken against them in the past.

As far as the article and the quote and all that... believe it, don't believe. Don't really care.

Nothing better than when opposites get along with each other, especially to defeat Musk. @Bradskii is a great guy, and he and I have similar thoughts about protecting the environment. Next step would be inviting him into the Christian faith, but I do not want to force my religion on anyone.

You don't find it depressing that a potential president admits that he says he has changed his mind on a hot button topic like electric cars because he's been given the thumbs up by a guy who builds them and donates millions each month to his campaign?
