will rip off their shirt for Kamala Harris at the DNC convention?

Anyone you are hopeful to see?

Or maybe that kind of display is gauche. What it is the NEXT step in American politics?

It wasn't the DNC....but it was inevitable.

Ripping a shirt off seems rather tame compared to twerking

I tried to find a clip....but I couldn't find it anywhere on YT. Methinks that the powers that be realized that it wasn't in the best taste.

Did Harris get up and twerk with her or was it just Megan thee Gender Confused Horse?

I don't see anything wrong with a rapper performance anymore than I did with Hulk Hogan tearing off his shirt. They're both rather cringe....but I understand that people like these performers and what they do.

In general, Hulk Hogan doing his character at the RNC made sense. Trump had just survived an assassination attempt. Hulk Hogan is a very patriotic character. It added some levity to what could have been an otherwise somber and overly serious situation. I don't have any problems with the rap performance either....but I think the twerking was probably in bad taste and that's why people were getting up and leaving.

Harris should have started with an apology. An apology to the black community for fumbling the border crisis worse than Joe fumbled the Afghanistan exit. She's talking to the people who are most hurt by that failure. She talking to an inner city black community that saw illegals given handouts they've never seen given to poor black people.....and worse, they're getting jobs handed to them at lower wages than poor black citizens can compete with. If she had done her job....those jobs would be worked by disadvantaged black people at higher wages than in the last 20 years. Those illegals aren't getting crammed into white schools and straining resources of wealthy white students....Jose and Valeria are getting extra attention from teachers in the schools their children attend.

On top of all that....these low income black communities are dealing with higher property crime, violent crimes, and less police. Granted, many in these communities supported BLM but any dreams of an improved police force or one augmented with the best social workers are now nightmares where they just want the police to show up when called now.

That's on top of higher food prices and stores closing due to theft.

Not to mention the return of racial segregation in schools thanks to the racist educational system of the Democratic Party.

And well....I may only be a white guy with white opinions but I daresay the good voters of Atlanta wanted to hear how Harris plans to dig the community out of the hole she dropped them in over the past 4 years.

From that perspective, I'd find the twerking insulting too and I'd walk out as well. This is a deeply unserious political party that takes its black voters for granted if they think some rapping and twerking is all they need to do to win votes.
