The issue is it was a parody of Christianity and many Christians object to it. The problem is those Christians who defend it, embrace it, and encourage it.
Really the more I ponder it, it seems more like it was about making transgenderism and LGBTQQIP2SA a part of Christianity rather than mocking it.
I interpreted it as a "public service announcement," to inform everyone in the world about who is empowered to lead the way. And who isn't.
Fortunately, as fate would have it, at the same moment during which the Olympics was dragging across the television screen, I saw a video from Biblical Critic Dan McClellan about the nature of the Mark of the Beast, and his words admonished me and made it all so clear ... ... ...
So, let's make sure that we as Christians don't go overboard in our interpretations about "our times."
