The nonpartisan GovTrack's devious plan to wipe out an entire year of Congressional ratings to prevent the people from seeing one of them; protecting Kamala Harris by making her only the 99th most liberal senator instead of the 100th.

They didn't even wipe out the ratings - they just combined them with the 2020 ratings as a 2-year report card covering the entirety of the 116th Congress.
