49 AD, Paul spent a night in prison in Philippi (Ac 16:23).

Berean Standard Bible, Ro 16:

7 Greet Andronicus and Junia, my fellow countrymen and fellow prisoners. They are outstanding among the apostles, and they were in Christ before I was.
Did Paul write this while being imprisoned?

Probably not. He was imprisoned some years ago in Philippi. Like Andronicus and Junia, Paul experienced imprisonment before.

57 AD, Paul wrote to the Romans.

Where was Paul when he wrote Romans?

23 Gaius, who has hosted me and all the church, sends you greetings.
He might be in Gaius' house. Paul baptized Gaius who lived in Corinth (1Co 1:14). Paul was probably in Corinth.

His next imprisonment:
60 AD, Paul was imprisoned in Caesarea.
