Ramos was released into the country after telling officials he he feared for his life if he was sent back to his home country, sources told The Post.
His discarded ankle monitor was found on Wednesday NewsNation reported.
More than 7.4 million migrants have been released on a non-detained docket after encounters with border patrol officers.
They are offered court appearance dates to decide their asylum requests sometimes years in the future.
The basis on which Martinez was released has not yet been revealed.
But Ramos was one of more than 184,000 enrolled into the Alternatives to Detention program for closer monitoring after raising suspicions at border encounters.

There's really nothing more horrific. There's no vetting happening, they are not fulfilling their constitutional duties to the American people to secure our borders.

I understand the border is a big political attack against Biden and democrats for the rightists, but what about the Americans raping and murdering? Where are the multiple threads for each and every one of these instances where it is an American doing the murdering?

While any crime is horrific, we are more upset by the crimes committed by illegal migrants the government set loose on innocent American citizens because every single death was 100% preventable.

If all rapes and deaths were 100% preventable, then what about Kailey Vijil?

I won't fall for the rightists feigned concern for these people who were murdered because the real issue here is politics.

Last I heard the Biden Administration is actually over immigration... Border enforcement etc is under the Biden Administration's direct authority.

Conservatives typically are for more law and order. That means locking up violent criminals for longer periods of time. Also, a liberal government would be much slower to say, remove homeless populations than a conservative government. Conservatives tend to focus much more on the rights of victims of a crime as opposed to the rights of a criminal, there is no"feigned concern."
