A cheap fake isn't actually fake at all, but rather the victim of selective editing, such as when the mainstream carefully removed all automotive industry context from Donald Trump's 'bloodbath' speech and then falsely claimed he was threatening the American people.
But the problem is the clips of Biden aren't actually edited at all. First, all the footage is from official sources, often put out by the white house themselves, and even when viewed without any editing the footage is just as bad.
At the G7 a presentation was being given by the hostess and they were supposed to be watching the presentation being given by the paratrooper in front of them so instead of taking his cues from what the group was doing and watching he just wanders off to watch the wrong paratrooper, turning his back on what he was supposed to be doing.
That's bad, for real. It was actually quite kind of the G7 hostess to bring him back, but how horrifying that it had to occur at all.
And again, the June dance that was a celebration of an event on the wrong day, editing or not doesn't matter.. he had not a clue what he was there for, but at least he was kinda facing the right direction.
Obama having to grab Bidens hand and lead him off the stage was never edited that I saw, and I saw two different views of it, both show the same, Biden is an invalid being led around.
The White House needs to stop gaslighting the American people.
