Yes, those same Jurist that return abortion issues to the sates and were castigated for months as biased -

Now they voted on banning an abortion pill

Washington — The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a challenge targeting the availability of the widely used abortion pill mifepristone, preserving access to the drug in its first major abortion-related ruling since the reversal of Roe v. Wade.
The unanimous ruling from the justices was on procedural grounds. They determined that a group of anti-abortion rights doctors and medical associations who brought the lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration did not have the legal right to do so.
NOTE - a unanimous decision

I'm pretty sure we've talked about the inability of conservatives to understand nuance.

Well, according to Pew Research, the Supreme court was viewed roughly equally favorably by both Democrats and Republicans from the 1980s up through 2020 or so. That changed in the early 2020s, where the divide between Democrats and Republicans grew. Republicans still held a 68% favorability of the Supreme Court in 2023, while Democrat support dropped from 67% favorability in 2020 down to 24% in 2023. So, something must have changed between 2020 and 2023, where the supreme court went from bipartisan support to partisan support. For myself, I do not have an opinion on this, just presenting the data from Pew.

For all 8,480 folks who partook in the survey, 2023 was the first year in the 1987-2023 data where more folks viewed the Supreme court with an unfavorable opinion.

Well, this was not AI generated. This was made by myself. Guess I have used AI a lot in March-May, so it has improved my writing style over these past few months. :)

For ethical reasons, I will tell you guys if I use AI in my posts, using this disclaimer, and I have used this disclaimer before: (summarized by Mistral AI, <20% of article length for fair usage reasons)

Gore versus Bush rulings from the Supreme Court were exactly voted on party lines. It is and always has been an ideological court though some years were better than others when you had some moderates on the bench that could swing votes either way.

And so your point is that progressives are wrong to oppose the Supreme Court, including its two bought-and-paid-for quasi treasonous judges?
Aa if this was their only decision.
What about the bump stocks, with Thomas saying a rifle with a bump stock (able to discharge 400-800 rounds a minute) was not an automatic weapon?
Or the gerrymandering rulings--each one followed by red states custom designing their districts to deprive people of color from voting?
Their pro-business/anti individual rights rulings?
