Idoni was first placed in solitary confinement for sharing food with another inmate. She remained there, in isolation, for two weeks. She was out of confinement for less than a day when she was sent back, this time for taking off her wrist ID bracelet. Idoni has severe carpal tunnel syndrome and may have removed her bracelet because of pain.
For these “crimes,” she spent twenty-two days in solitary confinement. Staff kept the jail cell’s lights on all day and night.
It never was going to stop with Trump.

Can you explain how Biden put her in jail? Was he the judge? The prosecutor? Did he sign the FACE Act into law?
His administration is going after conservatives. Now that the Biden campaign showed up at the Trump trial and Joe announced he will speak after the verdict, there shouldn't be any doubters left. He's letting the jurors know that he and their fellow Democrats are expecting a guilty verdict. Pro-lifers are treated like dirt by Joe's goons.

Oh good, we're back to Bond Villain Biden. I was getting tired of the Doddering Old Fool Biden narrative.

She is obviously a hardened and dangerous criminal that should have been executed. Maybe she will stroke out soon and the problem of this horrible person still existing will be solved.

What does the Trump trial have to do with pro-lifers?

She broke the law and got punished for it. For doing something that's none of her business . That's her problem. As for medical attention. Doesn't that cost the tax payers money. The Conservative side, isn't for such entitlement programs. So , that's on them.

This time, one of the clinic's staff was injured.

Evidence presented at trial established that the defendants used force and physical obstruction to execute a clinic blockade that was organized by the group’s leaders, Handy and Darnel. The defendants planned and organized the clinic invasion using social media, text messages and telephone calls, and several co-conspirators, including Hinshaw, Goodman, Geraghty, Marshall, Bell, Harlow, Idoni and Smith traveled from northeast and midwestern states to participate in the blockade. Prior to the clinic incursion, the defendants met with other co-conspirators to plan their crime, which included making a fake patient appointment to ensure the group’s entry into the clinic, using chains and locks to barricade the facility and passively resisting their anticipated arrests to prolong the blockade.

The clinic invasion was advertised on social media as a “historic” event that was live-streamed on Facebook. The defendants’ forced entry into the clinic at the outset of the invasion resulted in injury to a clinic nurse. During the blockade, one patient had to climb through a receptionist window to access the clinic, while another laid in the hallway outside of the clinic in physical distress, unable to gain access to the clinic.

It's not her first conviction.

What? Lol.
The Conservatives have convinced themselves that the Presidency is a position rightly held by an autocrat and that the President exercises autocratic power by right. That's why they want a man who desires to be an autocrat as President, and why they can blindly blame anything that happens in this country that they don't like on the evil designs of the incumbent.

The president has no say in who the Justice Department chooses to prosecute.

What makes you say that?

People who break the law are treated as criminals. This is nothing new. She chose to violate a law passed 30 years ago, and it's not the first time she's done it. She is the only person responsible for her imprisonment. If you want to argue that the law is unjust or immoral, be my guest - call it civil disobedience, if you want. But people who choose to engage in civil disobedience do so knowing that they will likely spend time in jail.

I will say, it sounds like she's not being treated very well by the prison staff. But given this prison's well-documented history of similar abuses against people of all stripes, the issue would appear to be with the prison, not with the identity of the prisoner or the president.

If this is what it takes to get "the right" interested in prison reform, then OK, I'll take it.
Agreed. This is a "leopard's ate my face" moment for the right. If this is what it takes for the right to be concerned about what the "woke" leftists have been screeching about for decades regarding the mistreatment of prisoners in prisons across the country then so be it.

Joe Biden should have her re-sentenced to death by lethal injection. It's only fitting. Or maybe the prison staff will get the job done sooner on their current trajectory.

By the way, what was the extent of the injury sustained by the clinic nurse? The article failed to mention that.

If by "conservatives" you mean "criminals" then yeah.
Now that the Biden campaign showed up at the Trump trial and Joe announced he will speak after the verdict, there shouldn't be any doubters left. He's letting the jurors know that he and their fellow Democrats are expecting a guilty verdict.
I personally don't think showing up at the trial by any government official, especially this trial which is only tangentially related to "The Government" is a good look. I'm sure you wrote a post somewhere criticizing sitting Senators, Representatives and... *checks notes*.. the presiding Speaker of the House for showing up to "speak" on Trump's behalf in order to, by their own admission, circumvent the judge's gag order. Maybe I missed it. And yeah, a guilty verdict is expected and hoped for. Criminals should be punished, after all.
Pro-lifers are treated like dirt by Joe's goons.
Again, if those "Pro-lifers" are committing crimes, then, well, what do you expect. I am not for the mistreatment of prisoners, though. Seems like some of that is happening for this woman and it should not. I am curious why this woman is the only one we're hearing about and not the other 8 people who have been convicted and sentenced to prison for the "protest?" Her sentence tied for the third shortest of all of them (tied with another who also got 24 months).

There’s a really weird psychology going on too where Trump has convinced people that he is them and they are him and his struggles are their struggles and his persecution is their persecution. One people, one leader.

I think I’ve heard that somewhere before.

Indeed, why haven't the major media outlets been reporting this? It's because it fits right into what Trump and conservatives have been saying, that there is a two-tiered justice system. In this case the crime for these non-violent protesters was a misdemeanor crime. As with Trump, they linked it to a felony charge, they found some old statute designed against the KKK and put these people in prison. Meanwhile violent criminals very much control our major cities.

Sounds like the planning for the Biden campaign to go outside the courthouse where Trump's trial is being held..

Why and huh? Joe Biden has nothing to do with her sentencing as the most he can do is grant clemency or a pardon.

I don't know but it does belie the claim of non-violence.

Agreed. This is a "leopard's ate my face" moment for the right.......
I learned a new thing today!

I'm just going to assume the prison mistreatment of this woman is true because it comports with what prison reform people have been saying over and over.

Hopefully left and right can now come together on real reform. But.... I'm thinking the preferences of "the right" would be in this order:

1. Special treatment for this woman.
2. In second place would be nothing happens at all.
3. Worst outcome in their thinking would be actual systemic prison reform.

Thats how it seems anyway.
