My friend is hooked on this stuff.What do I do?

I know having a friend that is hooked on a damaging thing isn't good. But my advice is to share the Gospel with your friend. Pray for them constantly and be the example of being a follower of Christ (Matthew 5:16). When they are down, seek ways to help them out. It is ultimately between your friend and God. But we are there to help to plant and water the seed, but the Lord gives the increase.

Speak to them about Christ then, if they continue on, realize it will affect your friendship as you shouldn't be around people practicing witchcraft unless you're sharing the gospel with them.

Is he into heavy metal? If you care show him some people who have converted, Queen lead singer, @brodav9@thicket , right on here and others rockers from time past. brodav9 could really help you.

Help them understand that Satan is the enemy of souls, the enemy of humans - just as he proved to be in Genesis 3 - taking humanity away from paradise, perfect health, perfect peace and joy - and plunging the planet into death and misery.

People are often drawn to the dazzling glitter of the supernatural - even if it is evil supernatural because for them it is "beyond natural" and that is exciting. It is like saying "I love outer space - just toss me into outer space and let me die there - it would be soooo neat". OR "I love heights - just toss me off a cliff - it would be so neat".

Had God allowed Eve to experience the penalty instantly -- she never could have tempted Adam. She would have seen that she was naked and that the tree did not help her gain any knowledge at all - except the knowledge of failure and defeat.

Make sure you are sharing with people who live and love according to God's word.

A person is not being a friend, by doing that stuff. In case the person claims to believe in Jesus, you can offer that that stuff is against how we can bless people with our prayer, spiritually.

And for helping a person in Satanic stuff, God uses example and prayer and His word. You can pray and share with us and others.

Some good suggestions have already been posted. Keeping in contact is good provided you are strong in the Lord & maintain in His strength, guidance and love. "Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices." (II Cor 2:11).

Simply ask why they feel it's an interesting or helpful thing to engage rather than Christianity?
