Keep in mind that God is not stupid.
God will not answer any prayer you want or do not want to be answered, if its not according to His will. And everything what is His will will happen.
God may give you something you do not wish for or not give you something you wish. But its not caused by some OCD prayer, its dependent on what is best. And He always wills the best.

I am just wondering, how can OCD give prayers? My dear, you are a person that God loves, and He knows everything. OCD is nothing compared to the love God has for you. If you prayed for something you think is messed up and you don't want it, God knows all of this.
And why would He answer a prayer you didn't really mean or you regret? (And you know He loves you.)
Sometimes we can't think further, and we pray things that we'll actually regret later on... It's just human nature. We are finite. But this is not a problem for infinite God.
